What is Contact Improvisation?

Contact Improvisation is a playful form of dance or movement, based on physical contact between two (or more) people. Together you will start an endless journey of kinaesthetic possibilities of two bodies. The adventure of meeting each other in movement has begun. During and after dancing you will feel strong, relaxed, centred, connected, calm...
A delicious experience! In a free (non-guided) setting Contact Improvisation meetings are called "jams" in which you can participate or watch as you choose. The Jam gives the possibility to spontaneously explore physical forms and ideas. You don't need to be experienced, as other dancers take you along. You can also learn a lot through watching.

Join the workshop with experienced teachers, designed for all levels, as an introduction, warm up and for new inspiration.

Afterwards open Jam with live music!
... ending with a communal potluck dinner.

Jump in and dance, or watch, as you like.
